Kathia Rosa, MSN, AGNP-C
Board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner & founder
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Kathia Rosa is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and founder of a patient-centered clinic that integrates primary care and aesthetic medicine. With a strong foundation in cardiovascular care and a passion for prevention, Kathia delivers precision-based, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s goals—whether medical or cosmetic.
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she excels in bilingual health communication and culturally responsive care. Her clinical expertise spans vascular surgery coordination, cardiac device management, and aesthetic procedures including injectables, skin rejuvenation, and wellness-based treatments. She holds an Allergan certificate in aesthetic injectables and has trained under Donna Potter, NP, a nationally recognized leader in aesthetic medicine.
Kathia earned her Associate in Science from Cape Cod Community College, followed by her BSN and MSN from Regis College. Her advanced certifications include Biotronik Fundamentals of Cardiac Pacing & Defibrillator ECG Interpretation and Medtronic Pacemaker & Defibrillator Follow-Up. She is professionally affiliated with Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Before launching her clinic, Kathia served as an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care NP at Harbor Health and held cardiac-focused roles at The Heart Center in Hyannis. She also supported vascular surgery patients at The Vascular Care Group and tutored graduate nursing students in Advanced Pathophysiology and Clinical Pharmacology at Regis College.
In addition to her clinical practice, Kathia volunteers at a free clinic, helping bridge access to primary care for underserved patients. When not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family—recharging through connection, laughter, and love.
